Lee Ann Valdez is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in mental health and social services. Since 2015, she has served in various roles within The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center, contributing her expertise across multiple departments.

Lee Ann’s career began working with foster children at a private agency, where she developed a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable populations. She also dedicated 10 years to providing care to adults in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. Lee Ann is a passionate advocate for mental health, employing a strengths-based approach to empower clients to recognize their resilience and capacity for growth.
